How do I search for activities near me?

Enter your ZIP code on the Explore tab to see kid-friendly activities in your area. You can also browse by category (Parks, Restaurants, Arts & Crafts, and more) to find exactly what you're looking for.

Do I need an account to use Where2Kid?

You can browse activities without an account! However, creating a free account lets you save favorites, track recently viewed places, and get a personalized experience.

How do I save my favorite places?

When viewing an activity or place, tap the heart icon to add it to your favorites. You can access all your saved favorites from the Favorites tab. You need to be signed in to save favorites.

Why am I seeing results from a different area?

Make sure you've entered the correct ZIP code on the Explore tab. Where2Kid searches for activities near the ZIP code you provide. You can update your ZIP code at any time to search a new area.

How do I change my location?

Go to the Explore tab and enter a new ZIP code in the search bar. The app will refresh and show you activities near the new location.

What types of activities can I find?

Where2Kid helps you discover a wide range of kid-friendly activities including parks and playgrounds, restaurants, arts and crafts venues, libraries, entertainment centers, swimming pools, sports facilities, music classes, zoos, and more!

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account directly in the app. Go to the Profile tab, scroll down, and tap "Delete Account." You will be asked to confirm twice to prevent accidental deletion. Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be permanently removed. If you need further assistance, contact us at the email below.

Is Where2Kid available on Android?

We're currently available on iOS and as a web app at where2kid.com. Android support is coming soon!

Troubleshooting

The app isn't loading activities

Check your internet connection and try again. If the issue persists, try closing and reopening the app. Make sure you have the latest version installed from the App Store.

I can't sign in to my account

Double-check your email address and password. If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password" option on the sign-in screen to reset it. If you continue to have trouble, contact us below.
